How it all started...
I’ve spent the past 25+ years climbing the corporate ladder. I was fortunate to rise from an entry-level role at the beginning of my career to ultimately becoming a VP/GM of a $3B company. But it was a long and winding road. Early in my career, I spent far too many years playing small and staying in roles that felt comfortable and safe.
I started my career at Nike. As you can imagine, I was working with impressive teammates who had degrees from prestigious universities. In comparison, I grew up in a small town in Idaho and graduated from Boise State University. So, I was the queen of comparing myself to others, and I was convinced that I wasn’t “good enough” to succeed in that environment.
Even when I was approached with opportunities to move to the next level, I would decline because I didn’t think I was smart enough or “good enough” for a more significant role. Others could see my potential, but I couldn’t see it myself. After watching many teammates, who had the same experience as I did (or less) climb the ladder, I’d had enough. I decided it was time to break out of this box I had constructed for myself.
It was intimidating.
It was time to stop playing small.
I took the time to do a deep dive into what was holding me back. I spent years attending numerous self-help intensives & found mentors who helped me reexamine the story I told myself about who I was and how much I could accomplish.
What I discovered was…. I had so many limiting beliefs - it’s no wonder I was stuck.
Once I took the time to unearth and eliminate these limiting beliefs and replace them with beliefs that supported who I truly was, everything changed. I realized I was much more than a small-town girl from Idaho. It was time to set that story aside and step into a story representing my true worth.
With my new beliefs in tow, I shifted from letting fear hold me back to a more empowered mindset. I suddenly had the courage to take on new roles with more significant titles and responsibilities.
Ultimately, these massive internal changes led to some remarkable external changes.

I transformed my career and dramatically accelerated my earning power as I started to “show up” as the leader I was always meant to be.
I set big goals and achieved each one. It was exhilarating to take on a new challenge with the confidence that I could succeed in these leadership roles.
Fast Forward To Today…
After many years of leadership success in the corporate world, I felt the calling to give back to other women struggling with imposter syndrome or self-doubt. This nudge led me to obtain my coaching certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an ACF-accredited organization and the gold standard of coaching specializing in energy leadership coaching. I became a Leadership Coach to help corporate women overcome self-doubt so they can step into their full potential, supercharge their careers, and amplify their earning power.
There are countless corporate women who have tremendous potential but are afraid to step out of their comfort zones. I aim to share what I’ve learned, so it doesn’t take you years to make these shifts. We can make them right now. It’s interesting and exciting work, and I’m passionate about creating a safe space for you to learn more about yourself and how powerful you truly are. I can’t wait to start this journey with you.
